Well, not literally, but there has been a steady decline in Mayo sales over the years. Millennials don’t seem to like the taste of mayo, or they are just more health-conscious. Let’s face it, mayo is not exactly a heart-friendly dressing. Millennials are opting for natural alternatives in the form of avocado or other spreadable fresh produce. The millennial is all too aware of what goes into mayo and the calorie count on the side of the bottle is telling them to stay away. Those who do still enjoy it, do so with much more moderation.
